Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you may cancel a purchase, receive a refund or account credit, or exchange a digital product for an alternative offering of comparable value. It works alongside the Terms of Use and any order-specific terms shown at checkout. Marketplace or reseller purchases follow the platform’s policies unless a written exception exists.

Scope and definitions

Business day means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in New York. Digital product includes PDF guides, audio downloads, video recordings, and template files delivered electronically. Live service means a scheduled consultation or workshop delivered in real time.

If an order confirmation email conflicts with an older version of this policy, the confirmation controls for that specific order.

Digital products

You may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase if you have not downloaded or streamed more than a minimal preview portion. Once you access the majority of modules or download all linked assets, we treat the product as consumed and may decline refund requests except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

If a file is defective—corrupted archive, missing lesson, or mismatched description—we will repair access or offer a replacement before considering a refund. Where repair is impossible within a reasonable time, we issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Sessions and coaching blocks

You may reschedule a session without fee if you provide at least forty-eight hours’ notice in Eastern Time. Cancellations with shorter notice may forfeit up to fifty percent of the session fee to cover reserved calendar time. No-shows without notice are generally non-refundable.

Prepaid multi-session packages expire on the date stated in your agreement. Unused sessions after expiry may convert to account credit at our discretion but do not automatically cash out.

Programs and cohorts

Cohort-based programs often rely on minimum enrollment. If we cancel a cohort before the start date, you receive a full refund or may transfer to another start date without penalty. If you withdraw before materials release, we refund fees minus any non-recoverable third-party deposits disclosed at signup.

After a cohort begins, partial refunds may be available during the first week only, calculated according to the schedule attached to your order.

Subscriptions

If we offer auto-renewing memberships in the future, you may cancel renewal before the next billing date through the account portal or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period unless required by law.

Generally non-refundable items

Custom research prepared specifically for you, rush fees, and third-party event tickets purchased on your behalf are typically non-refundable once ordered, except where a vendor’s own policy allows credit.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing errors quickly. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to suspension of future purchases and recovery of fees charged by payment networks.

How to request a refund

Email touch@shiningrestore.world with your full name, order identifier, purchase date, and reason for the request. We may ask clarifying questions to prevent fraud. Approved refunds return to the original payment method unless that method no longer exists, in which case we propose a reasonable alternative.

Processing timelines

We acknowledge refund requests within five business days and complete approved refunds within fourteen business days. Banks may take additional days to post credits to your account.

EU and UK consumer rights

If mandatory consumer protection law grants you a fourteen-day cooling-off period for distance contracts, those rights remain available where digital content has not been personalized and you have not waived withdrawal after immediate delivery. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory protections.

Changes to this Refund Policy

We may adjust fees, windows, or eligibility criteria to reflect new offerings. Changes apply prospectively to new purchases unless we notify you otherwise.
